How to Pay your Monthly Bill:
Ways to Pay: Customers can pay cash, check, money order, Visa or Mastercard. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee per check. Accounts stopped due to a returned check must be paid by cash, money order, or certified check. There are 4 ways customers can pay their bill:

1) Call Oakley Disposal at (925) 757-7660
2) Online
3) Mail payment to PO Box 5397, Concord, CA 94524
4) In person at 85 Carol Lane in Oakley.
Automatic Payments: Paying your garbage bill couldn't easier! Oakley Disposal Service will automatically charge your credit card each month to pay your garbage bill. Follow these steps to sign up:
1. On the right side under Customer Service Center, click the Paperless Billing/Pay Bill link
2. Enter in your username and password
3. Click on Options; Automatic Payment
4. Click "Start Automatic Payment"
5. Click Enter
Paperless Billing:
Want to help us reduce paper? Its easy! Follow these steps to save paper:
1. On the right side under Customer Service Center, click the Paperless Billing/Pay Bill link
2. Enter in your username and password
3. Click on Options; Billing Options
4. Choose "Only receive e-mail billing notices"
5. Click Update
Residential Service Policies:
• We will not pick up overloaded carts. Lids must be closed
• Please place carts 3 feet from one another
• Please do not place hot coals or ash in the garbage cart. Let them cool first.
• Please bag your ashes, kitty litter, sawdust, and Styrofoam™ before placing in the garbage cart.
• DO NOT LEAVE SANITATION COLLECTORS MONEY OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES!
• Garbage consists of household waste and trash, but does not include furniture or heavy and bulky material, which is classified as junk.
• No dirt or rocks is allowed.
• Missed Service: We assume all pickups will be completed as scheduled unless we are advised by the resident within 48 hours. All national holidays are worked, except Christmas and New Year's Day. Pickup days that occur on or after Christmas or New Year’s will be delayed one day, for that week only.
• No Hazardous Waste should be disposed of in the cart(s). These wastes include, but are not limited to: oils, solvents, paints, pool chemicals, insecticides, car tires, and refrigerators/freezers with freon. Please read instructions on all carts before they are disposed of.
• Vacation Holds: Oakley Disposal’s vacation hold is 2 hold per calendar year for no more than 4 weeks per hold.
• Regular service is once a week. Regular service includes collection of material that fits into the carts provided. Lids must be closed. Oakley Service will not pick up over-loaded carts. Overloaded carts and extra bags can be collected for an additional fee. Please call our office or email us for additional service.
• Additional service can be provided for an extra charge by calling our office at least 24 hours in advance.
• Oakley Disposal Service is not responsible for the loss of property placed in or around the carts.
• Please keep your dog locked up on collection day.
• If you live on a cul-de-sac or a court, please park parallel to the curb or in the driveway on the day of service. If that is not possible, please place cart(s) in an open area at the curb, not on the sidewalk. Please do not place carts under basketball hoops or by cars.
• Additional charges will be assessed for carts that are burnt or damaged, or due to unpaid bills. Additional charges will be assessed for carts pulled due to unpaid bills. Starting New Service: Service will be started on your scheduled pick-up day once all documentation is received and verified. Documentation required to start new service must be submitted 2 business days prior to your first scheduled pick-up. For example, if your scheduled first day of service is Wednesday, all paperwork must be submitted by Monday. If documents are not received prior to the deadline, your service may be delayed until the following week. If you require an off-day delivery or pick-up, a $20 fee will be assessed. Carts will be delivered on your first pick-up day. We will collect up to 5 bags of garbage at the curb for this initial pick-up.
Commercial Service Policies
• Debris should not be loaded over the top of the cart/bin. The lid should close completely when the cart/bin is loaded. Our drivers are instructed not to pick up overloaded containers.
• Additional service can be provided for an extra charge. Please call our office at least 24 hours in advance.
• No Hazardous Waste should be disposed of in the container. These wastes include, but are not limited to: oils, solvents, paints, pool chemicals, insecticides, car tires, and refrigerators/freezers with freon. Please read instructions on all carts before they are disposed of.
• No dirt, concrete, or building material in carts or bins.
• Large and bulky items should not be placed in the carts or bins.
• Locking devices are provided upon request. There is an additional charge for this service.
• Additional charges will be assessed for carts that are burnt or damaged, or due to unpaid bills. Additional charges will be assessed for carts pulled due to unpaid bills.
• Access to bin and enclosures must be clear of debris and vehicles. There is an additional charge for return pickups.
